Did not received ROAD TO THE SUPER BOWL (H2H) CHAMPION TOKEN

EA, I played and completed the "Road to the Super Bowl" H2H event twice now and I still have not received my tokens to complete the Season 5 Events Champ Token Set. I only received the Victory Vouch...

You need to complete it five times to get the token

    you need to get 5 wins in row, not complete the entire event 5 times, at least thats what the rules madden says. And I got every other prize for winning the event but the 95 ovr s5 champion token
