Sorry bro, you're cooked. They don't read these nor care to. It's the EA Advisor's way to close your ticket. I have opened 11 tickets on the same issue over my top 100 H2H ranked cosmetics and they won't unlock them. They won't even try despite the pleas for help. They are onto the next promo and hope that you get over it and still spend money.
