Dungeon Level event broken?

3 times this week I’ve been disconnected in the middle of game 8 of the dungeon level 2 and 3 events. In fact every single time I’ve made it to game 8. And my progress is lost. Very annoying and contacted support and they said “nothing they could do”. They said post on forum. Ive seen other people have the same issue. Anybody on switch actually finish the event? Also has EA ever helped anybody….
