EA Forums Super Bowl Giveaway – Winner Still Has NOT Received Reward

I’m posting this publicly because private support has gone nowhere.

I was selected as a winner of the EA Forums Super Bowl Giveaway for Madden NFL 26 (confirmed by EA staff). I provided all requested details promptly.

It has now been over 30 days, and I still have not received the reward.

I’ve:

Replied on the original forum thread multiple times

Opened an EA Help case (#239744577)

Followed every instruction given

The response I received from EA Help was essentially: they “can’t grant rewards” and told me to keep posting on the forum. That’s not a solution—that’s passing responsibility.

At this point, this reflects very poorly on how EA handles its own promotions:

A winner was confirmed

Required steps were completed

The reward was never delivered

I’m asking for a clear resolution:

Deliver the promised reward (Now outdated)

Provide a real update with a timeline

Stop redirecting between support channels

If anyone else has experienced this with EA contests, speak up.

I don't expect this to be resolved and what good is receiving a Playoffs card at this point?
