EA server gave me a loss

So I was playing the combine cpu event and got kicked out of the game and it said there was a problem with ea servers. I closed the game and opened it again to see it counted as a loss. The ONE loss you’re allowed to get. I was on the last tier. Can I get my progress back? I do not want to start this all over again because of something I don’t even have control over. This is not something that’s very quick to do.
