Ea why are yall choosing what packs I get?

This has happened 2 times now playing ultimate team where I earn a pack and in this case I earned it from y’all’s field pass it was a 90+ bnd or a 93 bnd I got the 93 bnd and your servers kicked me out of the game with a screen saying “this item isn’t available anymore” log back in and it was like it was never there from the start I’ve never had this problem in the actual 12+ years I’ve played madden and the 9 years I’ve played ultimate team how is it that it’s the newest version of the game and yall have found a way to create new problems?
