Error message When Making Pack Purchases
I keep getting an Error message when I try to buy training or coin packs. It says to contact customer service if the problem continues. What do I do?

Same for me, of purse customer service is a waste of time and nothing on twitter
not just a ps issue i am on xbox series X having same issue
same for me but it’s for the ultimate legends pack
Still not fixed, but shockingly enough you can buy the store packs with real money.
If it's a pack issue in our favor, it's fixed in 30 minutes. Meanwhile, 12 hours later, still can't buy coin or training ultimate packs.

I wanted to reach out to see if y'all are still getting errors when trying to make those pack purchases in the store.
If you are, please reply to this message, that way I have them all together with a screenshot of the error and the following:- EA ID:
- Platform:
- Which console generation do you have?
- What is your Gamertag/PSN ID?
- Date/time issue occurred?
Packs are just gone from the store now.
