Falsely banned from online play in Madden 26 for "cheating". HELP...
Woke up this morning to an email saying Ive been banned from online play in Madden 26 for "cheating".
I played for w weeks in August/September and properly started playing on Christmas Eve this year. Spent all of Chrisgmas week till yesterday grinding levels, building my team and have only played 6 or so online matches (started day before yesterday)
Ive NEVER, ever done anything to break any rules and have dropped real money to get my team started by buying packs. I have no idea what exactly I'm being banned for and I feel extremely aggrieved.
Please what recourse do I have and what process does it take?

While we can't help with bans here on the forums, you can always reach out to our terms of service team to raise a dispute. They can take a look into your ban for you.
