Field Passes not showing up in game

I’m having an issue with my field passes not showing up in my game. Only field pass I can see is season 4 and the progression. None of my other field passes show like Zero Chill, Spotlight, or any other field pass that’s currently active. This means I can’t see any objectives I need to do to progress through the field pass. Which also means I’m missing out in game content. I’m on PS5 and when I press R2 in the field pass it only shows S4 and the archived Autumn Classic field pass. I’ve done every troubleshooting method EA’s site says try even uninstalling the game and reinstalling. I tried to send a ticket or open a case with EA, filled out the form with all the information they ask for and then when I try to check my cases I have none. I can’t believe it’s this hard to get help with this game when they make millions off users. You would think we would be able to get help in a timely manner or their games would work the what it should. So I’m turning to the public for HELP because EA definitely isn’t helping! Sorry for the rant, but this definitely is frustrating!!!!
