Game Crash in Super Bowl

I was doing my playoff run in ultimate team and won all my playoff games leading up to the super bowl. I was up in the first quarter 14-0 then all of a sudden my game crashed. My game rarely crashes and when it does it will show that the game will not be counted. However this error just straight up crashed my game right away and led to me losing even though I was up. I will leave a link to the video of my playoff run showing that all my other games were perfectly fine up until my game crashed in the super bowl. I just want my super bowl trophy pack cause I was going to win that game.
