Game crashed game 10/10 SB solos

I was playing through all my 10 games for the free superbowl player as i have a theme team for the seahawks and it greatly would help with the cost of some of the super bowl cards. On game 10 i was kicked out up 14 points with about a quarter left. When I went back to log on it told me EA servers were down, I tried multiple times and looked it up and said servers were fine. Eventually I  got back in and was rewarded only the rewards for 9 wins and not 10 and not able to finish my last game or try again because it was a one run event. I spent so so long doing all 10 games and was cheated out of my reward at the last game. I tried reaching out on X yesterday to no avail so I’m trying this now since i just found it it existed. Please help me I am beyond mad still that this happened to me yesterday. Please reach out with any support or questions.
