game kicks me in ULTIMATE TEAM

I launched new game at 12 bought packs  over 300$ worth of packs/ went to play a game and soon as we are about to kick off the game gives me an error message (CE-108255-1) did all the removing deleting updating and still nothing works/ created a new account and it works so i know this has to do with EA account.. please fix this
