H2H event no token

I just won the h2h road to Super Bowl event and I got no token. I did the thing where you click in and out of the passes and everything. I also have restarted my game multiple times, what do I do?

EA doesn’t even care
I have not been able to play Madden 26 YOTY draft event at all. There is no way to get the reward. It says that the server cannot handle request at this time and resets the game. You cannot even file...
