h2h ranked is glitched on Xbox

so h2h ranked is glitched just like it was last year I have over 3200rp and I'm stuck on champ 3 wont go pass it even though I'm over 3200rp .. ea needs to do something about this ... this happened last year playing Madden 25 I only got 3 of my rewards last year because of this issue and now its continuing this year something has to be done ......
