H2H Ranked Rewards

I finished the month at the champion level and when I came to collect my rewards the only way to refresh the season was to start a new game. I figured this game would count for the next session as it said there were 30 days remaining so I just quit the game.  Doing this lowered my rank to hero finishing the season at that level and then still counted as a loss in the new season…
