Have not received the platinum pack from season specials

This just happend to me I reached out in the contact us and they had nothin for me, is it also showing you having 1 unopened pack and when u click on it then says you have no packs? Im also on playstation

Also now the companion app wont work cause of it either when I went to try to see if I could access the pack in there

Yea it shows 1 unopened pack for me as well. At least they’re investigating it
