Haven’t received Twitch drops rewards

Im having an issue getting my twitch drops sent to my Madden NFL account. I watched 1 hours and 30 minutes worth of twitch streams to claim 4 madden twitch pack and seem to be the only person struggling to get their twitch drops 24 hours after claiming. I connected the right account I even tried unlinking and relinking still nothing.
