Help with auction house ban please

I was flagged for coin distribution for transferring coins from my ALT account to my main account. I was unaware that was against the TOS. Prior to the transferring I had approximately 7 million and transferred 3mill to make my total 10 mill. EA flagged this and took ALL my coins as a “warning”…rightfully so. HOWEVER!

The next day I decided to sell all my sellable cards to get my coins back up. Got 1.9 million legitimately through normal action house transactions. I was then BANNED from the auction house and all my coins were taken again for “Coin distribution” a new case was made and then  taken away for being a “duplicate” case…but my auction house ban is still active and my 1.9 coin count is no where to be seen.

Feeling hopeless that this will not be handled correctly. I love Madden and I have never bought coins or sold them, this was a mistake and I hope this message reaches someone at EA.

Thank You.

If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the tools and records necessary to review this for you.

We're unable discuss details of your account here on the public boards, but please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete. Thanks!

    Hi Mako,

Thank you for the reply. 2 more questions:1. Is there anyway to add my above statement to a previous appeal? 2. is there an estimated time that a case will be reviewed once transferred? again, thank you for communicating.

    Hey ATLdTOWN2255,

The time will just depend on how many other cases are being reviewed, so there's really not a specific ETA we can provide unfortunately. In most cases you should be hearing back within 72 hours, typically much sooner. I would definitely avoid adding a response to a current case if you have one pending already, as that could reset its position in the queue.

There's not a way to edit prior appeals, but you can add any additional details in a response. Appeals just have our Terms of Service team review their records and tools, so in that regard it shouldn't be necessary to add any particular information on your end to have them review things again.
