Incorrect items in 85 bnd legends fantasy pack

Hello, I am currently playing madden nfl 26 in the ultimate team mode and I converted 25 weekly spotlight tokens to get the 85 ovr bnd legends fantasy pack. However, the player I was hoping to choose Jeremy Shockey 85 overall was not present in the pack options; none of this weeks release was there, I do not want to choose one of the week 1 legends as the choice pack stated it would be any 85 overall. I need help. I spoke to the ea help chat and they wanted to grant me the player but were unable and told me to post here.
