Incorrect Ranked Reward (Lower Tier)

I was champion 1 got on to claim rewards and it was stuck restarted a couple times loaded into reg h2h seasons , then i loaded into a ranked game to hopefully trigger the reward claim instead got demoted and only received hero rewards …
