Issue with Sugar Rush Air Raid Event – Reward Not Received

Hi EA Support,

I completed the Sugar Rush Air Raid event on PlayStation with my account goatedbigcj23, but I did not receive the 95 rated Rodgers-Cromartie reward. Instead, I only received carrots.

I have video clips showing that I completed the event successfully. Please review my case and grant the proper reward as soon as possible.
