King guess token set
Token set is glitched. Put the QB and cleat item in the set and when I went to put Chase in the two were missing. Recorded video of me putting them into set and the disappearing. Didn't get the solve...

it's a bummer there was no fix to my problem other than that it was "reported to the team" and being directed to the forums to upvote other people having the same issue. It's just kind of baffling this company makes so much money and the sport games suffer so badly from terrible glitches and server issues compared to other modern titles. I appreciated the help of my Support Agent and they were excellent but I continue to be let down by the EA Sports team. Especially when the daily store update overrules the content within the game and player functionality.
