King Joe Burrow most feared QB Guess token disappeared for me? Anyone else?

 I had guessed all three tokens correctly, then the game crashed, and then once I went back, the only the QB token was gone but the other two are still there. Anybody know how to fix this?

Can anybody please assist if they had the same issue.
