Lead to Succeed packs: not getting them

I have played through the lead to succeed event a few times now and I do not receive packs or coins for any level accept for the final win. I have gone through and have done 10 consecutive wins without a loss multiple times now and do not get the rewards. It is way too soon for these issue to be happening EA
