Lost my welcome pack for ultimate legends

Loaded up MUT to go through my packs and as I was opening my welcome pack to ultimate legends, the animation was mid way of opening the pack when I got a message saying my action can’t be processed. It never disconnected me to the servers it just kicked me out. I go back into MUT and my welcome pack isn’t there anymore. Any help will geatly be appreciated
