Lost packs purchased with MUT points

OP here. The missing packs tab of madden in the troubleshooting section is blank. Just happened again with a XL stocking. Spent around 50k coins to quicksell the players for snow to get the XL stocking. I just wasted so much time and in game currency just to be screwed over again.
