Lost points and packs

I bought a pack with points and opened pack server cuts out as it is opening i reboot points gone n no pack but it still show I got 2 packs but I only see one please help me EA this is stupid.

It was only 950 points on the level 25 season specials pack

Did not receive event token

Fire opportunity pack
I opened all 3 of the new fire opportunity packs and got 3 86’s despite the listed 50/50 shot at a 94+. either the odds are wrong (again) or this is a classic EA SCAM
