I just opened the “mini elite pack” from the store that is 87,000 coins. I ended up packing the base core Drake London, instead of his LTD which is currently in the game and advertised in the main me...

The only guarantee the pack gives is an 83+ player. It's pretty unfortunate that you only get the core version, but there is no guarantee for the LTD.
I know the pack is 83+, but since he’s currently a LTD you should be only able to pack his special card and not his core.
