The app has been offline over 12 hours. “Server issues” any update on when this will be resolved?

I just chatted with them on this and all they could tell me was they sent my issue to the tech support team.
oh i just created a ticket for them over this, glad to see im not the only one, will update if i get a response
I am having the same issue still, they did not help me at all even after I sent them screenshots.
Still down - it’s been 3 days now

mine is still down as of Jan. 18th
