Madden 26 falsely banned

I got falsely banned too.... I sold a 1.25 mil card for 390k.  I just made it up only 1.2 mil coins total on my account for the 1st time... then wiped.  I can't figure out how to make a case or appeal.  I don't see madden 26 under the penalty screen.  It also says case not created when I do it under an old Madden 25 lock.  How do I contact customer service?  How do I get unbanned since they made a mistake with this false accusation.  I just grind the game and sell old or unneeded cards to upgrade team.  This makes no sense to me to have a feature in the game but get ban for using it as it was intended.
