Madden 26 Ultimate Team Genki Force Welcome Pack Missing

I recently started back playing MUT on 13APR26 and upon loading the game up, I received numerous packs but didn’t see the welcome pack for this promo. My main concern is receiving the upgradable Genki Force User 86 overall which I haven’t received. Any solution for this matter?
