Madden coins not returned from auction and missing content

I lost 897500 madden coins two days ago from an auction on Ltd Terrell Owen’s at 1:10 a.m I’ve contacted ea live chat multiple times. One promised my coins to return in two days and said it was credited on my account, that was a lie apparently. One said to just 48 hours and if it’s not there contact again and they’ll get my coins back, also another lie. One didn’t help at all an. Another changed their story after I waited two days and said no it’s actually 72 hours wait time and the rest didn’t help at all. I used real money to buy packs to get cards to sell for These coins that have not been returned yet. Not only that I still haven’t received my Julius peppers pre order the game crashed when I opened my third rookie premier pack and gave my a duplicate which also was purchased with real money. No one has helped me nothing has been returned or received all ea seems to be doing is stalling and lying to me about everything I ask them. Is ea actually a decent company? Are they actually gonna return and give me anything that I have lost? Idk what else to do besides come here and hope it works or take it a step further which I would love to avoid. So ea i know you can see this, I would really love all my stuff back especially my coins. It’s kind of sad because I was really looking to compete in the elimination for MCs this weekend and I needed that extra 900k for Vick that I couldn’t buy because my coins disappeared. It’s sad it’s going on 3 days for my coins and then the start of madden for the missing content and i have had zero help of any kind.
