Madden is broken

The air raid event is busted, i completed 20 games and i didnt get no completion reward. The last 10 games i played it the server cut me off on my last game to finish with 2:30 left in the 4th winning 122-0 and the games disconnects me and gives me a loss and not giving me the completion reward.  And I know **bleep** well it wasnt my wifi connection. EA need to fix that. All these hours on these games and it does this to us. And i know **bleep** well EA isnt gonna reimburse me for the missing rewards.
