Madden Ultimate Team Gauntlet

This is the 2nd week in a row that gauntlet kicked me off without losing 2 games. Last week I was 2-1 went to play another game and it said max games reached, and this time I was 2-0 and it now says max games reached and when I check my record it says 0-0
