Missing 93 overalls in TOTW BND 91-93 overall packs.

I am making this post because I received an email from EA help saying to describe my issue here on EA forums to receive better help and get this issue resolved faster. I have reported my issue about 3 times already and have gotten no help or compensation when it comes to my issue. One of my cases though I believed it to be valid actually was closed by EA and they said that there was no fix available.

I recently exchanged 25 spotlight tokens in the sets for a Team of the Week BND 91-93 overall pack. The pack I received did not update with the latest release of 93 overall player cards that came out Wednesday, December 10th. The pack I received was supposed to contain 93 overall Christian Watson as well as the other 93 overall player that was released that day. Again, I believe this case is really valid and that I should receive some in game compensation due to this bug/issue. I enjoy this game a lot but bugs like this cause inconvenience and make me not enjoy playing. I even supported my case with photos showing the pack and the cards contained on the inside. I have not yet selected a player from the pack in hopes that it will be updated. I will also provide the photos in this post so that any Madden 26 devs or support teams members can better resolve my issue. 

The photos show the pack in my unopened pack as well as the pack description and what is contained in the pack. As you can see there is not 93 overall Christian Watson. I have been a supporter of EA and especially madden for a long time so if there is any way I can be compensated or get this issue resolved please, it will be very much appreciated. If possible, I will take the 93 Christian Watson or even a refund of tokens to my account. If there is anything else I can provide to help resolve my case, please reach out.
