Missing Card

I pulled LTD jaxson dart. left the room to show my older brother when i came back there was a server error and when i logged back in the pack and card was gone. I reported this yesterday and he told me to wait 24hrs. this happened yesterday and i contacted some one but i have waited 24hrs and have gotten nothing
