Missing coins after bidding war using companion app

Lost about 500k coins bidding on a card. Won the card for 1.4m. Had 3.7m before the transaction but ended up with 1.87 afterwards. That’s 500k less than I should’ve had due to bugs with the companion app. Support couldn’t help because the item doesn’t show up that I won the card from the buggy system smh.. Use this as a warning when buying on the companion app.
