I was playing Madden 26 Tuesday before last and my 1.7 million coins disappeared. I didn’t receive any emails or anything to tell me why. I’m not banned as I’m still able to play the full game. I’m 59 years old and have played Madden since its beginning and I have never had this happen before. I was told to post this here by EA help

Community ManagerIf you’re still able to access the auction housing and can buy and sell players then it’s not a ban on the account. If the coins are missing, then they were used. The only way to know if they were used would be to go into your binder change it to recent and see if you have any new players.
If you go through your account and you see no new content, you would have to contact live support and have them check the logs to see where those coins went. The thing about currency is it can’t just disappear from the game. It has to be used or removed. if you have no emails and no cases saying that this was removed or you were in violation of any terms of service then the coins were used. They may not have been used by you, but they were used by someone.
They hit me with the coin wipe , that night I bought a 90$ bundle, the next day they banned me off the auction house. Between the coin wipe and the second action I only sold the players I pulled from the bundle. I appealed the ban but I’m certain they just look at the automated report that says you violated the auction house rules.
Similar to you I’m an older dude who’s played mut since its inception, 0 bans or suspensions regarding auction house violations on my account of over 15 years of use, but none of that mattered. Hope you have better luck than I did but good luck.
When my coins were wiped I never received and email regarding why, the message on the game said I would I never did though.when I was banned off the auction house I was told I’d receive another email regarding the ban. No email. Still have no idea why I was banned.
Same thing happened to me w 1.6 million coins…
They said I was coin distributing and took my 2.4 million coins. I have provided them with receipts of every madden transaction.
Yep it seems like they’re just stealing peoples coins and saying they spent them, how unprofessional.
I contacted ea help live support first and they sent me here. The coins weren’t used by me and I’d really like to have some help in finding what happened to my hard earned coins. Somebody ought to be able to look into my account and tell me what happened and how to get it back. Please
