I purchased the second step for the draft cards, costing 2,750 Madden points. When I went to open the 99 or 93+ pack, my game crashed and I never received a card to my knowledge. I checked my collection and there is nothing there. Please help EA. I purchased the pack on Apr. 21st at 5:27 pm.
