Missing content

Hello I was playing my solo seasons last night and won the finally game on level 3 and went back to the menus and opened up my packs and pulled Ronnie Lott and some other cards and got kicked off the servers and went back in and didn’t see anything plus it bumped me back all the way down to level 1 of my solo seasons
