Why did it make me play a game of ranked before I could get my rewards I lost and I brought me back down to hero and I got the hero rewards when the ranked season ended I was champion

The Visa BYOT CPU Draft event is extremely laggy for me, to the point where it’s unplayable. The H2H Online Draft works fine it’s just the CPU one for whatever reason. Anyone else with this issue?
