Missing Correct H2H Ranked Rewards NFL 26

I went into the Head 2 Head section after the season had ended.
In H2H ranked, it was already showing me that I could now play my placement matches for the new season. At that point, my rank was still Champion. However, the “season recap” didn’t appear, so I assumed that the rewards could be redeemed later in the game menu.

So I play a ranked match, lose it, and suddenly – even though the result isn’t displayed on the right side of the table – I get demoted from Champion to Hero. And right then, the season reward pack appears, but now only at Hero level (88) instead of 89 as I should have received for Champion. The result of that last match still isn’t shown, and now I’m unranked.

This caused me to miss out on the 89 Champion rewards that I had rightfully earned. This is clearly a bug, since the rewards weren’t triggered correctly. I hereby request that you fix this and grant me my 89 Fantasy Pack.
