Missing Correct H2H Ranked Rewards NFL 26

I was one of the members who sat in champion waiting until the new ranked season came out to claim my 89 overall champion pack.  Ranked season 2 was released (H2H Ranked said "34 days") i.e. a new season. I played a game and I was demoted in my season 1 ranking.. a game that should've counted towards season 2. I haven't seen any updates or been able to get ahold of someone on the chat who actually knows what they're talking about.
