Missing Correct H2H Ranked Rewards NFL 26
Seems like there’s something messed up! I took the screenshots saying I should have got legend tier rewards, and got champ! Please fix!

EA_Kent EA_Shepard EA_DanaB EA_Universa EA_Edu EA_Hux I am having the same issue the I should have not received my pack or make right pack for my Top 100 Racked Pack in Madden 26. The last case I opened got farther then any of the previous 4 (5 in total all have taken 1+ hours) but I have seen Make Right Packs have been sent out and I did not receive mine. The last person I opened the case with asked me to reference an EA Forum where it says the issue had been resolved and I sent him this link.
If you reference the case below you can see all the specifics but if you need the other case #'s let me know as I spent 45 days and 100+ games earning this and its frustrating to continue to be told to "wait, we will contact you (which has never happened), to check the forums (which I've been doing) and to reopen a case if I haven't received a resolution (which seems like they are just passing me off). I am a top team/player on MUTGG and earned this. PLEASE HELP :(
