Missing event completion & Rushing objective won’t track.

I have reached out to EA help, and though I appreciate the apology for these issues, I am on the verge of a class action suit. I paid for my battle pass, I paid for my Zero Chill pass and as everyone knows, if it don’t track and you miss xp, you can’t complete the event and many out there are missing their event completion. I am hoping a manager sees this and can both report the bug to get a fix and to award me my event completion that I was so happy to complete for the1st time. Please renew my faith EA, I don’t wanna drag this out or make it a legal battle over damages.
