Missing Madden Cash!

I sadly bought 18,500 madden cash on December 3rd and ya never received it. Connected with EA help about 5 times and provided proof of purchase. They said couldn't do anything about it. Microsoft said the same thing. Guess I'm down $134.99 SO HELP!
