Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content
Another year of Madden and another year of missing preorder content. Have not received my points or player items. Can we get this resolved asap before those players are outdated?

After just speaking with ea there agent told me this "I am writing to provide an update on the missing in-game items for Madden 26. Unfortunately, our team is still actively working to resolve this issue and get it fixed for you as quickly as we can. Given that everything runs on extensive online servers, the investigation and resolution process for all affected accounts is taking a bit longer than anticipated, and it might require a few more days. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to addressing this for all affected players. The studio has also requested that players remain patient, and we anticipate having a fix available shortly. So unfortunately if you haven't received them yet like me we are going to have to wait but they are aware of the issue dumb I know but That's EA for you.
