Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content

Another year of Madden and another year of missing preorder content. Have not received my points or player items. Can we get this resolved asap before those players are outdated?

Visa BYOT CPU Draft Event is unplayable
The Visa BYOT CPU Draft event is extremely laggy for me, to the point where it’s unplayable. The H2H Online Draft works fine it’s just the CPU one for whatever reason. Anyone else with this issue?

Visa BYOT CPU Event rewards
I finished the event and did not get a fantasy pack. Only the 3 event reward packs. The only reason I played was for the CPU event player.
