Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content

Another year of Madden and another year of missing preorder content. Have not received my points or player items. Can we get this resolved asap before those players are outdated?

Paid for the Deluxe edition Aug. 14th (which has shown up on my credit card) but only the Standard edition appears to have been downloaded. I have yet to see the 4600 points. Not sure if the Deluxe is one and the same as the Premium Pass but if so, the Upgrade tokens, Max training, season tickets items within the field pass are still locked up as well.
