Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content
Another year of Madden and another year of missing preorder content. Have not received my points or player items. Can we get this resolved asap before those players are outdated?

Still haven’t received mine on ps5!
I pre ordered before the April date. Made a dozen claims with EA since early access pregame week. Literally the next day I filed the first claim. I’ve chatted with multiple people. I get the same generic answer that everything will be added in a few days, I may get an email and check twitter. That was 3 weeks ago. Got exact same message last night. I saved transcripts and have receipts from game purchase. I’m missing a bunch of crap that’s probably irrelevant now. No one seems to know how to fix it. PS5 AR-Ponzilla

Its weeks... and top of that the cards are already outdated
I did not receive my welcome pack for the preseason standouts. Anyone have an idea why?
Hello EA team,
I’m having a serious issue in EA FC — around 15 of my players have disappeared from my Ultimate Team on PlayStation. I didn’t sell or quick-sell them, and they are not in my club, transfer list, or unassigned pile.
Please check my account and help me recover my missing players as soon as possible.
